This is the so called "Daystar Chromosphere" eyepiece. It converts your refractor to Ha telescope for small price. You need a goo eyepiece for that configuration, Takahasi, Televue or Pentax provide suitable eyepieces in the 40-15mm range. Note the Daystar has a 4.2x telecentric (i.e. it's like a barlow lens) inside.
